Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). During launches or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin after processing, not at order placement. Estimates are not guarantees — carrier delays can occur during peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking may take 2–5 days to show its first update — this is normal.
Customs & Import Duties (International)
Orders shipped outside the seller's fulfillment region may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. For EU orders, applicable VAT is included at checkout.
Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can update an address within 12 hours of ordering — contact us immediately at [your email]. We can't redirect packages once shipped, and reshipment due to an incorrect address may incur a fee.
Lost or Delayed Packages
